00 TFA, ETFC and WST
01 WST, EST and UPDX
02 2xWST and EST
03 GPS, FC, WST
04 UPDX, WST, OPFC/IFC are top 3, but many decent teams at this age

Just eyeballing standings, top 3 identified in each age group. WST literally good at every age. Both EST and UPDX also have 2 top3 teams.

04 is an interesting group - top 3 teams were all little DA last year; middle of pack were all OYSA last year; 3 of the last 4 were little DA. I know some DA coaches believe the little DA's stranglehold on talent was least in the 04 group (it was the first age-group) and is stronger in the younger groups; be interested to see how these teams reenter OYSA at 05 group next year. So far at least, top teams in little DA are top in state; bottom of little DA are no stronger than top OYSA teams.

The big surprise is--other than the 03s, FC is terrible. They are at the bottom of the table with a -38 GD in 04. They don't even have an 02 team in the top division. And 00 and 01 teams are also near or at the bottom.

(And this is similar to how their girls teams are doing in ECNL--one age group is very good, one is middle of the pack, and the rest are all bad).
