I doubt they would want to because losses would be bad PR. Many local teams at all ages that are better.

Because it’s not about winning or losing. It’s about good Oregon teams playing other good Oregon teams at little cost of time and money so Oregon girls can get better. If they scrimmaged each other often, they’d all do better when they played out of state teams. This stupid pride is stopping Oregon girls from getting a lot better.
