Prediction for State Finals: Jesuit 6 Summit 1
Didn’t Summit lose to 3A OES, no way they even sniff the finals.

Tough for Summit to travel all the way to Salem and win again. Summit is the away team despite beating Salem and winning league over Salem. Tonight’s game goes to the home team advantage Salem.

Although, I have no interest in Summit or Salem since one will be eliminated tonight and the other Saturday. It does seem odd and unfair that Summit is not the home team.

Summit Storm have a legit shot at beating Jesuit in the quarters. Upset alert.

If they get past Jesuit they should be in the finals.

Lots of championship experience gives them an edge.

This is going to get real interesting.

The Storm have one of the best defenses in the state. Strong midfield and lightning speed up top. Well coached.

They will not get a lot of respect from Jesuit or other Portland schools so they have an element of surprise. They very well could take Jesuit to PKs and then it’s a coin toss.

I'm sure they are talented, but to already call your shot against jesuit? I think you better take care of business with west salem. I don't see that happening since it is an away game. Unlucky for summit, but that is how it goes.

Jesuit has an easy path to the finals. Only then will we see them get challenged.

Storm are battle tested. Home or away doesn’t matter. You still have to play the game with a ball and two nets. Jesuit still needs to get past a Bend Lava Bears team that is tough and will be playing with nothing to lose.

What is Bends best win on this season? I don't see one (maybe LO). I only see Summit with one and that was against West Salem. I just don't see how either team has a snowballs chance in coming within 6 on Jesuit. It's hard to beat a team that is evenly matched twice in a season. I do agree that this is soccer and any team can win though, so good luck to those teams.

It’s worth noting that Bend teams train at about 3600 ft above sea level. This will give them a fitness advantage at 300 ft. More red blood cells ppl.

Bend has the speed to sit back and hit teams on the counter attack.
Look, I doubt Bend takes out the mighty Jesuit, but it should be entertaining to watch. I’m a realist but also like to think big.

Why would you say that they will not get a lot or respect from Jesuit?

Did they have this fitness advantage when they lost to West Salem and South Salem?

Jesuit is nothing but a bunch of puke parents and coach who feel the need to act tall in a group of midgets.

Little to no accomplishment. Anyone who brags about Jesuit soccer clearly fell short somewhere in their childhood.
