All this means is that the Eastside girls will now be called Thorns and will wear Nike kits, not Adidas. It's a chance for Nike to get a toehold in the TA clubs. All TA girls programs were offered this options. Most saw it for the ridiculousness that it is - Eastside is really going to expect every female player to buy an entirely new kit to be Nike, regardless of when their last kit was purchased. Just so they can call themselves "Thorns." Unbelievably stupid.Comment
