You clearly didn't see the Surf Cup seedings where the ECNL clubs, like the ones in Portland, were seeded in the third and fourth divisions and the DA teams were up in the DA division. Clearly if the ECNL teams were their #1 teams, they would have been higher up.

SoCal put their B teams in DA. The NorCal DA teams are really bad the kind of team that huge crowds gather to watch because it is fun to watch them get smacked around.

You mean like Placer United (which isn't even ECNL) who put their B team into the same division as CU's 03 ECNL team and clocked them 3-0? Yeah, all of this arm waving that ECNL is the top dog is very 2012. Welcome to 2017. ECNL is in it's death spiral.
