Academy & ECNL teams at 01 are the top 3 in the state. We'll never know the ranking order between Academy & ECNL because they'll never play each other again. Unfortunate.

How did CU beat a team 7-1 that beat GPS 3-1 then? Hmmm. Seems GPS's star is falling fast - no big surprise - always happens to the bootball teams with no development. Just look at all the Timbers Alliance teams that where winning big at Ulittle only to fall so far behind that they folded up shop by U15.

CU coaches cold calling developed GPS players.

Says a lot when you spend 10k to get killed then come to find out your coach is cold calling kids to replace your kid when you thought 10k and propaganda was going to make it work.

GPS plays better soccer. CU tends to lie and spread propaganda.

Go figure it took paid spots to get GPS bench players.

Go on. Ask your cu coach. They lie more then Fcp coaches and that says something.

Thorns have the better team hands down. The only thing cu and Fcp do is lose and the competition isn't even that good. Fcp has been terrible for years in this age group.

FC Portland ECNL is likely going to be 4th place if were to play in OYSA. They finished fourth a year ago in OYSA Premier.

Keep dreaming the GPS dream. They are nowhere near as good as they once were while both ECNL teams have improved significantly to gap them even more than before. As for '01, Thorns Academy is nowhere near competitive with either ECNL team, and they know it, that's why they've avoided all top level competitions for over a year now.

Really thought the team would do better down at Surf cup. I don't understand what happened? Can someone explain it? Was it the loss of the players to CU?

Maximized their playing potential. Additionally, lost 3-4 very good players. Still a power house in OYSA.
