What a joke and disservice to our local youth and the exposure it gave them regardless of how you felt about it

4 local clubs:
*OPFC, Xforg losc/wufc/sc...
*Neu/bridlemile, Utd pdx...
*fc pdx.....and *salem/ capital
are the bareBone remains of the former little DA experimental league.. now Left without a scrimmage fest DA for the 06 & 07 boys ages, they have to find a league for their 8 ousted teams....Big whoop de do..
This lot puts more effort into club branding than finding a league for 8 teamz.
Hopefully the OYSA will allow them back in their leagues.
Yawn.

The stupidity is when clubs try to join or form overrated closed leagues, either a) so they can trick gullible parents into thinking they are elite, b) association politics (i.e. "we hate Peregrine"), or c) to avoid traveling to Medford.
Where the four leftovers to try and form their own league, perhaps with other conniving clubs like ADF, the rest of us will be laughing.
Go ahead. Tell the world you don't cast pearls before swine. We all know better.

So while all of us were napping the four tooth, gun toting vantuckians outplayed us all? How is that possible? All of the top NW teams will now be in the boys ECNL while we scrap around here in Portland? Time to move.

Driving to Seattle will get old, I'm sure.

5 trips a year is easy. I would rather drive five times to Seattle than one time to Medford.
Girls ECNL will at least let our clubs pay to travel to 'showcases' without any interested coaches on the sidelines.
