    High School teams post GDA

Any effect on High School teams?

    #2
Tough to say considering there's no guarantee Thorns GDA will follow their own posted rule that only seniors can play HS. If they do, in 5A both state finalist teams lose their respective players of the year. If ever one player could make a difference it's those two so it might open things up in 5A.

(cue the response that no one cares about 5A).

One of those players is good. The other is ok.

I am not fans of either but let's stick to the topic. They carried their HS teams to the 5A state finals. Their absence will be felt. Does anyone know about the impacts in 6A?

When Summit goes 6A then no one will care about 5A.

Silverton Foxes... do I need to say anything else?

Is Summit going 6A? About time. When is that happening?

You have it wrong. Who cares about HS soccer. The level is awful. A few good players mixed in with rec kids.
