A new program. Quit with old; this is new-2017/2018.

GDA hasn't even had tryouts yet.

Same top 12 players (at least) as Thorns Academy guaranteed starting spots for GDA.
Same only 2-3 trainings per week
Same double header weekend games
Same expensive tryouts
Same partially subsidized travel
No HS but basically the same team playing in a new league
Slightly changed Thorns Academy rebranded as Thorns Development Academy.

Doesn't mean it's bad but it's not really any different than Thorns Academy.

Simple solution, don't tryout. Someone else can get subsidized around 8K to 10K a year, not you. No worries.

That's the breaks. Thorns haven't done well and that is a fact. Simple solution is to go to programs that have a history of college placement.

These clubs feed the D1 Schools across the nation. Don't join a league with them for sure.

Choose a level that matches your local clubs ability, for sure this level is above Oregon's club weight. Don't do the USDA.
