LOL-We had to turn in ODP jerseys and warm ups in early 2000s. There weren't any academies then, so your point is moot.

In fact, some of the other states' teams were given water bottles to keep. I remember asking a NorCal player if she had to turn in her uniform. She said they turned in the uniforms but they got to keep the soccer ball given to them!

I still see little kids wearing them around.

Credibility on a forum like this is a stretch, stretching the narrative presented whereby you conjure up verbal attacks in the written prose, is a metaphysical impossibility. Are you hearing voices, by chance.
Disagree. Narrative of life experience one thing but adding in negatives directed at specific people is a verbal attack and not a stretch in the narrative.

FYI, "verbal" is grammatically acceptable in its written form. Perhaps you should study up. I didn't write "oral."

Of course you are in no way using verbal attacks to insult others?

Here is actually verbal means in written grammar:
A verbal phrase consists of a verbal and any objects or modifiers. Remember: A verbal is a verb form that does not serve as a verb in the sentence. Instead, it functions as a noun, adjective, or adverb. There are three types of verbals: infinitive, participial, and gerund.

As for snowflake generation is the following:
Generation Snowflake, or Snowflake Generation, is a term used to characterize people who became adults in the 2000s and 2010s as being more prone to taking offence and less resilient than previous generations, or as being too emotionally vulnerable to cope with views that challenge their own.

Sorry you took it sorry personal.

Some clubs are going to reach different conclusions on the boys' side than the girls' side.

None of these are inherently right or wrong.

However, the Timbers communicated that all OYSA clubs support sending their best players to the Thorns Academy. They communicated that while administering the OYSA statewide league.

The Timbers/Thorns/ statement was false, pure and simple.
Please link where any OYSA member club has publicly said the do not support sending their 'best' players to tryout with the Timbers/Thorns DA Program.

These clubs cannot say i,t as the are part of the Oregon branch of the DA and US Soccer would remove them from the program if they didn't believe in this philosophy. of sending your best to tryout for the DA program, in Oregon we only have 1 program with the Timbers/Thorns.

                  FC Portland/NEU
                  Crossfire Oregon
                  BSC

                  Westside Timbers
                  Eastside Timbers
                  &
                  Capital Timbers

I've seen no evidence of a public edict from any OYSA member club mentioning they DO NOT support sending their best players to the Timbers/Thorns DA Program.

So in this case the person attempting to spread falsehoods looks to be you,

ok Thorns intern provide the link to any of those clubs publicly supporting your program. Might want to google search and find the surprising people against.

Mandating 4 trainings a week. Negative.
                          Missing school for travel. Negative.
Forcing kids to give up their school life. Negative.
                          No high school sports. Negative.
Excessive over the top tryout fees. Baffling.

USDA member clubs in Oregon signed the agreement from US Soccer, which mandates they promote their best players to the Timbers/Thorns DA program.

                                FC Portland/NEU
                                Crossfire Oregon

                                Capital Timbers

If you just type in any of the club names in the address bar you will see land on their site with the official USDA logo on their website as exhibit #1.
