Is it an annual contract? 3 years? 5? 10? Is your club regretting it? Do they know OYSA only gets player card fees and the rest (league fees and tournament earnings) goes to Peregrine, which funds full travel for the DA programs? One particular club posting here seemed to be clueless that only player card fees went to OYSA.

Some of the poorest soccer kids in the state play club through OYSA, which sounds to be a pretty big piece of funding for DA programs. I think the league should be non-profit and bring in enough for registration, fields and refs. Any leftover should go back to the clubs. Obviously though, many clubs are okay with the current for profit system and don't mind that the elite are funded by some very poor families.
