Whatever. The Thorns GDA has been rumor and innuendo for a year. ECNL tryouts are a month away. Thorns need to introduce a plan and financial obligation soon or will miss out on top level talent..... Again

Heard they already offered spots to existing 02/01 and 00/99 players. The 2003 & 2004 players are probably being scouted & invited via RTC. Maybe they don't need or want anyone else.

Rumor has it that the cost will be very expensive.

That would be a unfortunate since most high level talent at the 04 age group already gave up on RTC as a waste of time.

Do the math. 10-15 travel trips. A lot of airfare and hotels.

At about $600 per trip if it is 10 trips that is only $6000. Plus a $1500 club fee, it's right about what you would spend anywhere.

If it really is only $7,500 that is under $800 per month.

If they can keep it under $1000 per month I will be happy.
