With most of the other UO sport teams excelling why do they allow the soccer program to be so bad? Is this a title 9 write off for them or does the person overseeing the program blind besides the coach?

But I have to say I think they turned a corner this past year. The freshmen seemed to play with more courage and will to win than teams in years past. One of them transferred out but if she adds some strong players they might actually crawl out of the Pac12 basement next year.

To be honest it's boys soccer, and this is the USA. UO has this right. Fund football and put your energy towards the men's sport.
