    Does Crossfire Oregon Still exist?

    They appear dead.

What makes you think Crossfire Oregon is dead? I have seen reference to an announcement coming of some kind from WUSC.

Seem to have lots of teams in OYSA. More than many Timbers clubs, in fact.

For now it's the merger of LOSC/WUSC boys that call themselves Crossfire Oregon.

LOSC and WUSC founded and operating as ostensibly recreational club (based on membership numbers) will have a small percentage of their boys membership play classic soccer- that's what Crossfire Oregon is and represents. No big deal, the coaching staff is primarily made up of WUSC coaches and they have teams at different classic and premier levels in the OYSA league structure. It makes sense at the HS ages to combine boys from different clubs so they don't have to rely on the small pool of players from just the local HS in Lake Oswego, West Linn & Wilsonville.

In order to field teams at each age group from u15 to u19 the cities they represent couldn't do it by themselves, (historically speaking) so they combine efforts to have a full plate of teams.

It's local stuff-for local kids coached by local coaches.

And the name Crossfire? How local is that? You know you do a terrible job as a club if you fail at fielding teams at U15 and above. Clubs fail because they do not have a long term plan mentality. Everything related to soccer in Oregon has short term goals. This is why ODP is so bad!

The big question is why Crossfire Premier, one of the top soccer clubs in the country, continues letting this rabble trade on their good name.

Is this why Timbers Alliance clubs don't have teams above U15?
