They have recruited a lot of former Thusc, Crossfire and now Crossfire United players. Has achieved nothing for them, other than finishing at the bottom of the conference and out of the tournament every year.

UofO always takes a few local Eugene club players due to the Duck coaches & recruiters also coaching at said club. Getting to know girls personally can put rose color on the glasses. True for most colleges. UoP with GS and FCP girls also. More often than not a CA recruit would be better but I like that the home town girls get some spots anyway. It shouldn't all be about winning.

FCP and CU are a disservice to ECNL. They are not developing the players like other ECNL clubs do. It's unfortunate and those programs have sadly have become a stain on Oregon's women's soccer.

The person calling out the troll must be Smith himself or a parent who has a kid in the program now or in the future. the parent just wants to protect their 45k Ecnl investment ok.
When smith goes the pipeline form the club is gone and so goes the 45k investment.

Let me say this, the men soccer team made a change and look at them now.
If you keep smith u get more of the same. IMO u get complacency.
