Two DA games this weekend. What are you predictions and breakdowns?

Crossfire 3, WashT 1. WashT is vulnerable to speed and size up front. Will be interesting to see how MS does against Crossfire's backline.

FC 4, UPDX 1. FC should have no problem taking care of business against their former coach.

Steven Evans is at Westside. Brandon McNeil is at UPDX. Both are UP alumni.

He was at Westside then told that he had to go to FC if he was going to be on UP coaching staff. Good to hear if he's back at Westside. He played for Eastside and then Westside as a club player.

Don't know if he's at UP any more or not. Even though UP and FC have a lot of history--demanding their assistants only coach at a particular youth club is kind of tacky.

And yes, Marc Evans is also still at Westside.

At the risk of over Inflating the already insufferable Westside ego, I must admit he is a great coach and the first sign in awhile that Westside can turn things around with this historically under performing age group. Good on ya WST.

Thoughts:

Mostly games against teams from CA, with a few from mountain states. Only exception is FC vs Crossfire Premier.

Common opponents: Both Crossfire and TA play LAFC. Both WST and FC play Albion. Both WashT and FC play Breakers. Both CFC and UPDX play Colorado Rush.

Predictions: Mostly losses for the local teams, if it ain't obvious.

Crossfire played two of these teams during Surf, beating OC Surf 3-2 and Albion 3-0.

XFire controlled the game start to finish, on both sides of the ball. XFire’s team defense was good today, not sure WashT had even a single shot on goal.

Is that all we are going to hear? That was obviously an XFire version of events. WashT? Does that actually sound right?
