Where did you get that? Nothing like this posted at LPR. As far as the rankings themselves--

1) ETFC, LASC/ISC, ADF, and 4H are all Premier Green teams that aren't on this list.
2) This list seems to neglect the Hispanic clubs generally.
3) I'm assuming WashT isn't here because someone used an Oregon filter that excludes the SW Washington clubs that play in OYSA. Red 1 should be on the list at minimum (they did beat Copa once, though Copa returned the favor in C@tB). Red 2 probably deserves a place in the "second eight".
4) PCU Red hasn't impressed much; they got spanked by WST Samba in the Chinook Cup. Samba is nowhere near the tenth best 05B team in the state; top 20, maybe.
5) SSC Azul is probably the strongest non-premier team at this point, and more than capable of hanging with premier clubs.
6) LYS (Lincoln Youth Sports) is an interesting case--how and when did they managed to grow a premier team? On one hand, they've been pounding the crud out of lots of teams over the summer. On the other hand--and I generally don't like labelling clubs as such--they're a bit of a bootball team, with big fast forwards that like to rush the opponent's goal, who I expect to be handled by any club who can maintain possession and defend counters well.
7) Bend Red will have a tough time in the Premier Green division. They aren't even close to the #4 team in the state.

Worth noting that LP has caveated the hell out of these rankings - it is a draft, they are working through all kinds of database problems (caused in part by calendar year changes and USDA at 04 level, less of issue at 05s).

However you are correct - these are not LP rankings, only a draft he circulated for comments (in part to get names right and database correct).

How did the mighty ADF 05's do this weekend?

The coach did a runner in the summer once he realized that he had to finally coach the team. His sessions had to include more than dribbling around a cone and it confused him. ADF will do well at the younger ages because of athleticism but it needs more than just that when players mature. This is where they come unstuck.
