What happened to all of the competitive teams at pacific fc? They had some real talented girls teams at the younger ages now I see no top level teams at all. Are they focusing on the rec side and not the advanced?

So pacific is sending their top talent to bigger clubs that have the resources and capabilities to help these types of players grow? Good for them.

Definitely not a step backwards from Pacific. That club has dropped off a cliff. No teams, no leadership, no future.

First off they aren't sending players to WT.FC, those players and teams are going because they realize they aren't going to get the support at pacific. Thats not a bad thing, its not the niche that Pacific originally was going for. And the reason you are only seeing that movement the last year or two is because of the changes made at WT.FC are actually working and others in the area are seeing that.
The other big issue they have is they gave some teams the option to stay together when the age group changes happened. Thats a huge mistake if you want competitive teams. It means for example at the 03 age group you have a team full of both 04's and 03's rather than all 03's. Thats fine if you just want to let kids stay with their friends or their favorite coaches, but as far as staying at the top of the development, its not a good move for the kids.

It's been what, a few weeks, since the toothless wonders up north got their internet working in the mobile home park and started a good bash fest between the clubs. Always entertaining. It's kind of like MMA having a division for midgets.

Their only mistake is letting the whole team transfer over to WT. Only 5-6 players are premier, so after one year, those bottom 5-6 realize their mistake and come back.
WT needs to stop accepting the whole teams, and have real try-outs. And maybe spend some time developing their own youth players.
