Changes need to be made at CU and THUSC

The BoD needs to recognize that we need to change things at the top. This club needs some fresh blood running the place. We need hands on DOC's.

Jim B. isn't qualified to inspire or teach us coaches to make us better.
Tom A. Has qualifications but they are from the stone age as you can see in his teams style of play.

THUSC is quickly becoming just another Crossfire affiliate. They'll soon stop having HS aged teams at all and will roll everything into Crossfire after U14, just like Willamette, Southside, Clackamas, etc.

Crossfire WA is struggling. Coaches are leaving in droves due to poor DOC management. Seattle United is kicking their butts!

Crossfire WA lost a few coaches because of the opportunities (and pay checks) that came up with Seattle United getting into the ECNL and the U12 DA.

For all those on here bitching about Tom A. all these years you should now be acknowledging the huge potential for positive change in the THUSC/Crossfire organization. A national search for a DOC and a real effort to build something better in OR is a reality... let's hope they don't screw it up. OR deserves better!

Is Tom A gone? Just did a quick look through the THUSC and CU websites and could only find his name in one place - coach of 2005's or something like that. Nothing on the CU website - think the team he was coaching now says "TBD".
