There are 3 HS in Bend, 1 in Redmond and mine goes to Madras. The B team girls will all go to the 3 Bend HS and 1 will go to Redmond.

Shanna's going to Jesuit? Saw her at the Westview orientation nights so I figured she would end up there.

Truth... how come the 2 girls left the team? We lost a player about 6 weeks ago so we're down to 14 including our backup goalie. Kinda sucks. I think we'd have gotten past Marine if we had her.

I'm guessing she attended the Westview orientation as a back-up plan in case Jesuit did not work out. Westview has a really good softball program that I'm sure (along with the soccer program) were very attractive to her family. Jesuit offers admission in two rounds. Those not offered a spot at first are wait-listed in case spaces open up (from kids offered placement, but opt not to go). Kat was on the first invitation list, but Shanna was wait-listed, so a secondary plan made sense. Fortunately, she was one of the very first called from the waiting list, so everything worked out and now both girls will be Crusaders!

Will Shu be going to Westview? It's a very good school. A lot of Kat's friends from our old neighborhood will be going there and Kat's brother also attended there for a while.

Ah, sweet!!! Shu and Aleks will both be going to Westview. Not sure just yet though whether Aleks will play soccer or volleyball. Shu is soccer all the way though!
