I see that one of the players listed on the ECNL College signing web page was not an ECNL player , she is way better than most of the ECNL players, she played in OYSA regular league and paid a quarter of what ECNL players pay. She didn't need to spend all that money. That's proof right there that ECNL is a money grab.

Tom had to hide the fact that she wasn't an ECNL player... so the rest of the ECNL parents wouldn't get a clue that they are being fleeced.

So you can't prove it. Didn't think so. Show up at tryouts this month and show us all how great your DD is.

Players don't have to play ECNL to go to college. It's just that 90% of those that play in college also played in ECNL. Some kids just can't make the commitment that ECNL requires. However, there's a big difference between playing on an ECNL "B" team and a Timbers "A" team. The ECNL "B" teams always play better soccer and have much more highly skilled players. The Timbers teams typically have thugs and thumpers.

I don't need to prove anything. Your the one paying top dollar for the Elite experience. I'm just waiting to see that your elite league playing squad can handle regular Oregon B & C teams as they should. Summer time is coming up and maybe the Crossfire United teams can start by dominating those non-ecnl oregon teams. From there maybe you can win more than a game or two in the ECNL league. I wouldn't pay that kind of money to see that kind of performance. It's going to take some weeding out of the mediocre players from these teams before they start performing at a level they should. Your just start up money.

They do dominate. They play up a year in local tourneys and still dominate. Just look at ALL of the results.

As for "start up" money, why are you even paying for what you get at your Timbers club? They give that ****e away for free.

The ECNL B teams are in the middle of the pack in OYSA. You obviously don't know what your talking about.

You don't need to because you can't. You're the one that said your DD could start on any ECNL team. Prove it. See you at tryouts. We'll know who you are. You'll be the horse's @$$ doing donuts in the parking lot in the General Lee with 4 flat tires.

If this is your idea of playing in local tournaments and playing up and dominating.... you are delusional.

You're not one to criticize spelling, brightboy. Do you realized that ALOT is not a word? It's "a lot", genius.

At U18 girls they finished in 9th and 10th place respectively out of 10 teams. That's called bottom of the pack. So much for all the TA girls teams falling apart by u18.

Where was the Eastside Timbers U18 team? Or the U15 team? Or the U16 team? Hint: None of them were in the Premier division.
