There are better coaches at CU who aren't the head coaches of teams. Rochelle for one. Gaff for another. Jon Kiester for another. But Tom has to have himself coaching two teams.

Yeah, Tom did such a bangup job with the U14 team this year and his U16s are spiraling downward. Getting beaten by mediocre teams (it's a good thing they aren't playing teams who are at the top of their division). Rochelle and Jon aren't leading teams, and they would be much better than a couple of people they have in charge of some teams. The one good move they made is Rosie and booting Fraser.
