That's great. What age? They might be the one player from OR every couple years. Means the rest of them might be outta luck.

Do you not pay attention? Their have been at least 5-6 girls from the PDX area that have gone to national camps this year across a few age groups. This is nothing new.

I was not the one that asked the original question, but always take offense in all the tones and attitude that is used on this forum. Most of you would be grounded for life if you talked the way that you type if you lived in my house.

Most people don't have the time to stalk all the local talent (thank god) and only pay attention to children in their child's age group or their club. Life is way to busy to keep track of others...so be glad that people are interested. It's nice to know that their are multiple children in the PDX area have gone to national camps this year.

Be offended all you want. We really don't care about your problems. And "taking offense" is nothing more than a personal problem.

Yeah. Maybe if more parents got to know the parents of the kids on other teams they would see that they are a lot more a like than they are different. Try being friendly with other parents and get to know other families. I talk all the time with other parents from other clubs about how their DD is doing and what they have been up to in the soccer world. I have known a lot of these kids for many years and I am a big fan of their effort on and off the field. These kids put a lot of pressure on themselves to develop soccer wise, get great grades, while learning to become young ladies. I figure they could use all the support they can get.

I am not sure that is accurate as the list only seems complete for some schools. I think it ironic that for all the put down of Oregon Colleges and how anyone can get into them, there are only a handful of Oregon girls committed to them. As an example Oregon has 1 out of 10 from Oregon for the 2015 class.
