Last year there were 9 plays from the Timbers Academy that committed. Of the 9 players, 2 of them committed to community colleges.

You know the measure 91 doesn't go into effect until July, right?
ECNL doesn't care about Medford. Everyone else in the Portland area hates driving down to play mediocre teams. ...and in case you can't figure it out, Medford plays in OYSA.

Yet the DA has more committments than the two ECNL teams combined.

Crossfire Oregon had 13 and FC Portland had 17.

DA has less than 10.

Another dumb a....s classic comment from the ECNL crowd. Do you guys/girls ever listen to yourselves ... you go spouting all kinds of bs... no wonder is so easy to recruit you... you are simply dense and unable to formulate a thought or see outside of your own shadow... There is more to life than girls soccer. If your choice to where to live is predicated on soccer, then you need some serious help my friend. May God have mercy on your selfish soul.

Quit trying to lay it on ECNL, I doubt any of them are on here, since they have a much better blog to go to where they actually talk about soccer. I'm sure it's mad TA guy just trying to stir the pot with the 4 people that are on this site at any one time.

We are with the Thorns, but want to say congratulations to all of the girls and their families on this. Hope you have great college careers playing the sport you love. We know first hand all of the hard work you put into soccer and academics in getting to this point.
