The OPL went from over 400 teams in the Fall of 2013 to now having 170. They once represented 95% of all Oregon teams, and now they represent about 1/3 of all Oregon teams. I would say alive but far from well!

The don't "represent" any teams. They provide schedules and referees for the clubs that haven't bought into the Timbers scam.
