I like the guy. My two DD's played for him thru the u10 academy and later. He is great with the kids. My original question of where he is going wasn't to get people excited in a negative way I was just asking.

He has helped soccer grow enormously in clark county.

SD was great for soccer in clark county. Looking at the soccer landscape now SD probably isn't they guy and that may be what you see. Clark County is ready for a top end DOC, someone to implement curriculum. If What the F*&^k FC really has the two DOC's in the mix that has been mentioned then they are on the right track.

Then why hire another DoC? There is no competitive program to speak of at WT_FC, is there? You could shoot a cannon through the U13-U18 girls program and not hit anybody...
