I heard a rumor OYSA state cup will be played this November instead of next spring, can anyone confirm this?

There is another tournament called the President's Cup which begins play in November and concludes in the Spring. It is for teams that are not in a Premier Division of OYSA. This is actually a cool tournament for those teams because the winner qualifies for the President's Cup Regional Championships which last Summer were in Morgan Hills, CA and this Summer are in the Seattle area.Comment
