None of them play every game.

All of the boys train together.
The top player play in OYSA with occasional second tier player getting an opportunity to play.
Second tiered players play in OPL games.

When a player needs a confident boost they play in OPL...it's been great so far.

Our top players would boat race OPL.

My DD plays at FC so I know how it works. She loves the pool and the competition for spots.

Funny how it's an FCP boys team at the top of the OYSA U14 standings...

All wins against bottom 5 teams in bracket who have a combined 3 wins in 30 games (quick glance so may be off a game or two). Played one game against top half....shutout. Next few weeks should be good indicator of what they are made of. Good luck to those boys.

Let me guess 14? We know too many people at FC. A couple of them are very good players but there is this love hate relationship with FC. Hopefully your DD will continue to love it.

She must go to Catlin or come from with a family with money. FCP is coin-operated and is so political that the families with money tend to get those spots on the 1st team.

Ain't that the truth. Experienced this first hand, especially with the too many touches rule at FCP. If you have any creativity with the ball, any flair, or fun, you'll sit out. Coaches want you to play "drone" soccer. Be the drone and you'll succeed at FCP.
