Interesting how you deliberately left out the "U14" part of Crossfire United ECNL

Salmon Creek Nemesis 99 is a U15 team and this is a U15 bracket. I am sure you already knew this since you managed to pull the score from the tournament web site.

It's already been established that CU ECNL u14 is playing up an age bracket. Still, one might conclude that they would demolish the the competition in a local tourney where there is mediocre competition. It only gets harder, way harder from here.

Is this Nemesis 99 white? or is white a different team than what your talking about.

I don't get it. Are you saying the team that just beat ECNL CU 4-1 lost to THUSC c team? Really?

              Fact over Fiction

The pro Academy crowd was sooo proud of the numbers of girls trying out but they failed to mention a few interesting tidbits. The inflated numbers included 98's & 99's who were not eligible for the team.

Further out of the 15+ 16's that tried out did a single one make the team? So in reality the "the Academy is a great alternative to the ECNL for 16's & 17's" should have read U17 only!

Therefore after all the fanfare and chest thumping about the opportunity the Timbers ended up delivering HALF a loaf and left the 16's of the OYSA on the outside looking in the most critical year to get on college coaches radar. :<(

I hope a few clubs took notice of what the WST-TS 16's did last year and form their own traveling teams because it is a very risky proposition to bet your DD's college recruiting process on a single year and just three showcase Tournaments!

A couple of girls from Nemesis '98 made the Academy. I'm assuming they are U16's. But, other than that, not too many.

Is it FCSC Nemesis White team? or is that a different team? If it's their white team than they did lose to a THUSC C team at PCU Classic.

The Nemesis U15 team that beat CU's U14 ECNL team is Tina's "A" team (WA Rank #5)

The Nemesis U15 team that lost to THUSC Zinc at PCU is Fred Snow's "C" team (WA Rank #88) that played in the Silver division at Lake O.

OK my bad, thanks for clearing that up. I can't ever tell what FCSC's color schemes are.

Shouldn't Salmon Creek use Salmon names to designate their teams? The top team should be Kings, followed by Silvers and then Chum. If they start an Alaska program, they can call that team Sockeye.

Now that's hilarious. I like my salmon grilled.

All players were eligible for the team, not sure where you are getting that 99s weren't. They took what they thought were the best from all who showed up. And it was always intended that 98s were to be part of the mix, and they are. To judge this as a mistake is too early. I think it is a very attractive and properly priced alternative.

And to completely replicate the WST 16 team, you need to get to semis in Regionals and get accepted into Super Group in Surf and then win the right to go back to Regionals.

2 99s made the team. Neither were from FCSC. Where's the next complain?!
