We get FWRL league and TWO showcase tournaments plus a Surf or USYS Regional for $3,600 in travel costs.....I call Male Bovine Excrement unless the Thorns are picking up the coaching travel costs.

Academy - wheels on the Bus go round and round

Either they are expecting the players to ride to the NW events with their parents or they are going to be renting travel busses for the trips to Seattle, Tacoma & Boise.

Here is what I remember for the costs of the trips to the various locations:
Boise - Bus $300
Tacoma - Bus $200
Seattle FWRL- Bus $200
Seattle SC - Bus $250
Colorado - Flying $900
Vegas - Flying $900
Surf/USYS - Flying $1,200

This is $3,950 so I guess it's possible that they could either shave off $350 per player or they are going to cover the difference.
