How about posters try to speak about their own world...instead of complaining about some third person, examples, complaining about managers who only do it to keep their kid on the team, or complaint about Docs with a conflict of interest or complaining that such and such club is only interested in taking money...
The common thread in all of these is you are making up an explanation for the other persons action so you have something to whine about...
It is good to understand others EXPERIENCE. I would much rather read that then someone's whine fest.
