Nope....I know for a fact that the '99's and '00's had their ECNL teams....a '00 parent told us. I'm not sure if any crossfire teams (older) did the same though

Um no. I was there spoke with parents and it was not their ECNL team. Get a grip. Go back to posting scores and leave it at that.

ODP is so bad the 98's have like 5 99's just to field a team.

Because the THUSC ODP coach, mind you, she is an ODP coach, took her team to Colorado this weekend for a third rate Showcase event. Not that those girls mattered, but it wouldn't have made it necessary to bring up 99s just to get numbers.

I was there too and I personally know some of the ECNL players that were there from crossfire. And spoke to them about this topic. There was a mix of ECNL and reserves.

The tournament was pretty decent this year. And the boys side was quality from what I saw.

Girls was good. Crossfire brought 2 ECNL teams.

Girls 01 was the surprise of the tournament and have played much better than expected.
Girls 00 was good, not great
Girls 99 was good, not great
Girls 98 improved, but not as good as last year
Girls 97 played well for missing 8-10 players, still played lower level than they should've

Vancouver Timbers 96/97 were miserable
Timbers Alliance 98 miserable
Timbers Alliance 00 competitive

Crossfire teams were strong across the board
Alaska is Alaska
BC teams brought great competition
Colorado girls was good, not great

Just to recap, I have no life and I think my DD enjoys her friends more than the game itself :) Still, has been a fun weekend

Did you expect the 01 to suck or something? They did not play great when they lost to BC 01.
