How do we fix the problems at THUSC?

The problems are abundant. What can we do to resolve all these issues? The numbers are down. The ECNL program had good intentions but appears to maybe be a mistake. Was it smart to ride the Crossfire name? The boys program, well...

Appears you don't have a clue. Many girls are coming over early to join teams prior to August tryouts. HS ages look like the numbers will be really good. Boys will be boys at THUSC...

Many girls are coming over early, because they know many girls are leaving.

Really. I am with THUSC and sign ups haven't even started for HS ages so how would you know what the numbers look like.

Obviously you don't really care about THUSC. If you were at the recent U10-U14 tryouts you would know that there were more girls showing up then they have room to place. The ECNL "mistake" hasn't even started yet so not sure what the problem is unless you're sorry your club didn't get it. THUSC is having a strong start this year and their partnership with Crossfire Oregon to form Crossfire United ECNL will do just fine (without you).

Why even respond? This is an obvious troll.

Best way to fix systemic problems is to clean house and start fresh.

                  Good luck.

Well I do know a Thusc parent called and is looking elsewhere now that they have ECNL. She can make the team but isn't interested in the costs. There are a number of others who feel the same way.

I know a Thusc parent also!! Big deal!! I also know parents at almost all other clubs! Many kids that can make the HS ECNL age group are thinking about coming. Some started practicing already just to help their chances of making the ECNL teams. No worries at CUO concern yourself with your own child and club.

Calm down. The large problems at THUSC are fixable if you (and all members, coaches) do not act like that.

Just started practicing eh? That sounds about right. Tryouts and the resulting team should be stellar.
