    Two A teams

Instead of complaining about 2 different leagues some clubs should consider placing a team in each league. The kids win because no more A or B teams. Just 2 different leagues. Each kid would be A players and clubs could win 2 State titles. Seems like could be an option those clubs not tied to either league.

Just what we need, more "A" teams.

Why not? Most A teams are picked for politics anyway

You can have the A team that is based on who can afford it then an A team based on who actually earned it.

our B team would get crushed weekend after weekend in the "a" division in either league

totally a great idea, and when it matters, you could stack the team with guest players to get those two state championships! nice

Isn't part of this experience to both have players play in a league where they can learn and also to learn about life's "challenges"? Will they be given trophies for not winning anything?

Sorry, this is a hint as to the problem with soccer in our area. This would never happen at a top club or area, period.

You have just described our current ECNL structure. Except for the part about winning titles.
