Clubs looking to move due to ECNL

NEU is moving all teams now due to a diluted OPL.
Pacific FC
Salmon Creek
Valley Fire FC (who are they?)

all are moving to OYSA now because of how diluted the OPL will be.

the top two clubs in OPL were FCPDX and THUSC.....

those teams will now send "B" teams to the top league. OUCH!

Question is.......who else will be moving?

Even if this wasn't just more misinformation form the Timbers PR machine, it would be just fine if these clubs moved. Regardless the best girl players form these clubs will be trying out for ECNL.

That's funny. NEU going to play in their a league on their own? The OPL is done and the other clubs are merging with OYSA. Once you remove all the ECNL teams from the OPL, what is there left?

It was a girls league anyways. The boys should've merged with OYSA at the start.

Tom and Frasier admitted last night that the remaining OPL will have to some how merge with OYSA. The discussions have already happened.

Saying NEU is moving back to OYSA whether or not the leagues reunify is a different thing than saying the leagues are reunifying (which would be great). I have no idea about the latter, but the former I believe is false.

People were speaking from half hearted info. They forgot to mention that these are the non ECNL clubs are are coming back to OYSA and have not yet made the public announcement. It's due to the fact that ALL OPL clubs are coming back to OYSA.

Huh? Wha? This is crap. First of all, a quick look at which teams are in the finals and THUSC and FCP are already dominate, prior to the ECNL declaration. Secondly, this will actually cause more parity as the top 18 or so girls will be strictly playing ECNL. It will by like playing in the OYSA with less traveling.
