Yes. Went back to head to head after the first tie was broken.

Not sure why everyone is complaining, they used it correctly for both these groups. For the G01 Westside had the best GD with a +5 while Bend and Eastside Tied with +3. The next tie breaker is Goals against. Eastside had 4 goals against while Bend had 5 Goals against. So once again it was used correctly.

Wrong. You restart (the rules say this specifically) to solve the two way tie. Not halfway through, restart means restart.

                    Bend got hosed.

And this is where interpretation comes in. I read it as in a 3 way tie the head to head is thrown out and no longer valid. It makes no sense at all to use a head to head when each team has beaten each other. And apparently I read it the same way OYSA meant it because in both the boys and girls cases they used the tie breaker without head to head and I came to the same result in both cases as they did.

The truth is this though, there is NOOOOOOOO way Bend has this many parents on here making this big of a deal with it. What you have is EVERY single OPL backer on this site coming on here taking up the case for Bend TIMBERS in order to shots at OYSA. If your in OPL and dealing with OPL cup then who cares what happens in an OYSA event.

Restart does not mean go back to beginning…It means continuing motion. Tie breaker A (H2H) is eliminated. Tie breaker B (most wins) doesn't make any changes. Tiebreaker C (Goal Differential) puts WS in first place. Tie breaker D (Goals Against) Eastside wins.

                            Tie resolved.
