              Not when their wage is coming out of your pocket, and you aren't happy with the result. We are collectively in the spot we are in because no one holds these docs accountable to any kind of performance expectation. When was the last time your board did a salary review and performance appraisal for your DoC(s)? Any good organization does this. How about yours?

                If you aren't happy with the results than you should go on some where else or you should join the board.

                What is the "we" crap. "You" are in a spot where you are unhappy and so you are carrying on your complaint here. Are you hoping your board will read this post and fix everything for you.

                I work for Intel. I don't have much inputs into our CEO's performance appraisal or salary appraisal.

                        What's really funny is that our DOC, Cony Konstin, makes 82k per year, but has NEVER come to a practice or game of ours, nor has he had communication with our team. What does he do besides send out emails with his opinion?

                          Can someone tell me how much your average head coach makes? If the DOC makes 82k? What do the coaches make who give their time 2x per week for practice, 1 to 2 games per weekend, travel, parent emails, phone calls, etc. and multiple planning hours. Just wondering?
