FC Portland agreed to joining the OYSA and the Timbers in order to get ECNL.
So we now have two ECNL opportunities in PDX:
1) Crossfire OR & THUSC
2) FC Portland & Timbers (Alliance)

Not sure how this will all work out but at least the girls have options now.

Its a dumb lie even. Timbers don't need to align with anyone. The moment they get it, the other ecnl team in the area is toast. My kid won't play ecnl but if timbers got something going, we would do that.
