Yeah, dumb-dumb. That's because a bunch of other weak teams have paid to be there also. How many colleges would enter their men's basketball teams into March Madness if they could pay to do so? A whole bunch of undeserving ones and the tournament would be lame.

Anyone can enter State cup, it's not a thing you qualify for. I actually respect a team that challenges itself to play the top teams instead of signing up for the Presidents/Directors cup which is all the second tier teams.

Let's hand it to Frasier and Crossfire for managing to take an actual contending team in Stealth and turn it into 2 mediocre ones, neither of which will make it out of the (admittedly very small) pool. Brilliant!! Send him a thank-you note, please!!
