Here is the archives in case you forgot that you came in 2nd place to FC Portland.

And, in hearing about the paltry FC U14 ECNL tryouts for next year, looks like we will be pounding on you all for some years to come.

With a full roster which includes the kids who currently play up but will now play on age, FC Portland is the much better team. The same team that beat Eastside every time they have played.

Try living in your own glory instead of your child's. Do something in life that will make a positive difference in someone's life. Volunteer, sponsor a child who is less privileged, try doing five random acts of kindness every day......
You would be surprised how good it feels to actually compliment someone or some team other than your own childs when they do something amazing.
Our team lost in the finals yesterday 1-0 to a good team. It was actually the best boot ball game by the winning team that I have ever seen. Ugly soccer for them and beautiful controlled soccer for us. Bottom line is that we just couldn't get one in the net and they did. Good for them! They are a good group of girls who my daughter has been on ODP with. As your child gets older you might actually befriend the "enemy" and find a happier place in your life. I look forward to seeing a few of these girls play college soccer or possibly even professionally.
Try super hard to quit being a jackhole and not be known as "that guy/girl" Its soccer and it will always be competitive. Full roster or not, injuries or not. What's important is helping your child get the grades needed to play college soccer, help them research where they would like to attend college and why. You might live longer if you relax a little.
