I think the troll here is the person who wrote that FCSC is in a lead position to be an ECNL club. It's a ridiculous statement, so much so, that whomever wrote that can't be serious and must just be looking to stir the pot.

The ECNL New Membership Application is now available. Each club applying for membership should carefully review the Basic Requirements for Membership (see applicaiton) to ensure that the club is willing and able to adhere to all of requirements for membership.
INSTRUCTIONS. Any soccer club applying for new membership to Elite Clubs National League (“ECNL”) must complete and properly submit the entire membership application If a club has previously applied, it must submit an updated application along with any additional materials to best describe the current state of the club. More information is found in the ECNL New Membership Application.
TIMELINE. Beginning in 2013, the application and notification process will be on a rolling basis. ECNL will review the applications and notify the applicant of their decision within a few weeks from submission. If a club has previously applied, please submit an updated application along with any additional materials to best describe the current state of the club.

Fcsc is rediculously weak when it comes to their teams. They have one successful team which will fall off in a year or two. They have another team who is average and tends to lose against weak teams.
All surrounding a coach I hear who has been on probation for cheating and not playing players to get wins. (I've heard)
This does not qualify.
Ossa does not qualify either as they are average across the board but at least they have older teams.
Thusc should get it.
