Why everyone is frustrated

At least I registered. Then if you like you could go back to every post Ive made and try and make some assumption who I am.

You just hide in the corner spouting off your expertise like you know something someone would like to hear. If you really have known Rick for any length of time, youd know that he's been asked to leave the field at games (because of his loud banter and standing behind an opponents goal coaching his DD).

Tell me you dont know it's him that whistles at his daughter like a dog right ? Are there any other parents out there that do that ?

Marbull, people are frustrated with you because you are talking about one Rick, and the Dad of the national player is a different Rick. He is a great Dad, proud parent and have never heard him say a bad word about any player. And yes I do know both of these people. And as far as your concern about the other Dad, be glad you are not the daughter and leave the whole family alone. Leave everyone's judgement to themselves, coming on here and looking for people to say "yeah you are right" just makes you look bad, not him.

I know that many of you are trying really hard to guess who I am. I will tell you this much.

• I have a DD (as well as other children that play and/or have played)
• My DD is not of the same age as any ONYX player, but close enough to have encountered the likes of both their team (Ive seem them play and have read all about their accomplishments) and the parents.
• My DD does not now, nor has she ever played at THUSC.
• I am NOT now, nor never have been a supporter of the OPC/OPL, but do feel that the team she is on is the best for her only because of the coaching.
• My other child(ren) have played at clubs no longer with the OPL.

I will come to the rescue of one of my parents. Great Dad and great kid. You are right some day our daughters will be gone, but hopefully Rick and I and many of the other Onyx parents can share a cold one, reminisce about the old days, and laugh at the anonymous #littlepeckerhead Marbull is/was. This is a coach to stay away from

As a coach I can tell you that it is always the best players parents who are the worst. They live through their kids and garnish recognition from other parents based on their dd achievements. There are exceptions but 99% of the time they are pretty bad.

What club are you with? As a coach, aren't you living your soccer dreams through the hard work of children and getting paid by the parents to do so?
