Team's blown up in at least 5 different directions come spring so it doesn't matter:

    2003s go one way
    2004s go another way
    Some mix with WashT Red
    Some mix with WashT Green
Couple top 2003s go to ECNL

Divide 14 players 5 ways and you don't have much left over.

Refresh your browser, they are not in 6th.They have also put up 11 points, only two teams have scored more. And, they beat one of them. Seems competitive to me.

I know they show in 3rd place but they've played more games than anyone else. They've dropped so many points that they'll likely finish 6th.

Lets say they do finish in 6th out of 8th, doesn't that mean there are 2 teams who should move down before them? and doesn't that mean they also keep there place in RCL 1? Doesn't that also mean they are actually being competitive? Not everyone can finish 1st place, and I don't think anyone on here expected them to finish top 3. But they aren't getting blown out, most the games look like 1 goal games, so good for them. I would rather my team finish 6th in RCL 1 in washington and have a ton of close competitive games, than play in Oregon and finish undefeated and blow half the teams out.

They won't keep their place in RCL at all. Some of the girls will be mixed in with the other Red team and they'll be placed in OYSA. There is no desire amongst the parents of the Red team to play RCL. The 2 top 2003's will be gone to ECNL anyway.

Maybe - if it is birth year next year this team will be completely different anyway. In fact, so will every other team in RCL div 1. No one can predict the future.

There's no IF about it being birth year next year. It's a done deal.

Then every team in OYSA & RCL will be split up and different. It's entirely possible the core of the Revolution can continue on in RCL and be successful.

Not once they've been split in half and then in half again as they merge with WashT Reds.

Why are they being split in half "again" when they merge? There will only be 7-8 in each birth year. When they merge with the other girls at birth year I think most will still make the top team respectively.

don't listen to the whackos on here. They only wish that they were in the RCL. The only mistake that you are making with your DD is that you are having her play in 11v11. I've seen these girls play and they missed out on a great opportunity to play 9v9 in Oregon where they could have worked on things. I've also coached in Seattle in the RCL. The RCL is a death match each weekend. 95% of players don't grow in that environment. You're better off playing weaker teams and working on playing the game the right way. I watched this team in NWCL a few weeks back, not one girl knows how to play out of pressure in the back, not once do they use their goalie when under pressure. You are failing your child.

the parents of this team and coach are failing these kids having them play 11v11

So I take it that California and Washington parents, coaches, and clubs all are failing their kids? I don't know, but those kids are pretty damn good in spite of playing 11v11.

True. A lot more of them make elite/national pools and D1 teams.
