So let me get this straight...

1. The best kids play at Pacific FC until U12 and then move on to WT_FC
2. Those kids then play WT_FC until they hate it or U14 and then move to THUSC or FCPDX
3. The parents then realize how much it costs and unless their DD is world-class they go back to Pacific FC for fun

Sort of but your example is a couple of years out of date. Now the top kids in the county no longer bothering with the move in/out of WT_FC. They just go directly to Portland or, in a couple of age groups, to Nemesis.

5 of top 6 teams in WA will be in it. XFire A&B teams, Harbor, NPFC, Rush, Washington Premier. Basically 6 of the top finishers in both state cups. My bet is this rev team doesn't make the semis.

I'm still shocked that big girl soccer talk is so prevelent. It's girls soccer. 99% of the world cares about men's soccer and could care less about women's soccer. But not on Oregon TS site. It's the opposite... 99% crazy girl parents.

It's not just that way here. And it's little girl parents who chat the most. As they get older, the chat slows down a lot (check how many threads are about U15 and above, other than ECNL, which more about bragging than it is about soccer). Parents of younger age boy teams are generally really nice and congenial. It's when they get older that the testiness of the players and the parents comes out.
