If you watch the team close there are only 2 or 3 girls that can win 1v1 . Rest pass it up quick.

But if you understood anything about developing players vs trying to make it look like end result, you would understand. Don't question me, question ussf, Nscaa, Ajax curriculum. All of which stress developing individual components at this age.
2. Your coaches will be outgrown by these players by next year if not already. Judging by what is being wrote on here by parents and probably the coaches, you will soon realize they need someone who knows what they are doing.

The coaches have some very special things planned for this squad. They will be revealed when the coaches feel the time is right.
At the younger ages the only thing you should be worrying about is your DD's skill development, not wins and losses. Possession at early ages is counterproductive to 1 v 1 player development.

Onyx is the only team I've seen that has been dominant since the get go, and they belong to one of the strongest girls clubs.

Its clear, you are trying to say whatever it is you have to to keep your players from jumping ship. I don't blame you for that, just dont bash others in the process or you look desperate and lack class.

Here it goes again - someone posts something silly, everyone believes it is a parent on this team, then the haters let their mouths run again. Let's bash the parents! Yeah, let's bash the coaches too! Oh, let's bash the girls! Pretty sure they all suck!
Every parent on that team understands that this is a fun run and won't last forever. Every parent on that team knows their kid may not be playing 2 years from now because they like band better. AND every parent on that team understands - because it was told to them by the coaches - that there will be opportunities for those who want to take it outside of this club.
Right now, they are developing and having fun at the same time. Have a couple of strong seasons and everyone immediately jumps on the hate train. All of those girls are good kids and work extremely hard. Give them some credit for bringing a little bit of success to a small club. It is pretty cool when you can be the first girls team in a club to win a Champions League match.
