    They needed bodies
They lost one to Crossfire Premier, three left (one back to wa, one playing an age group up, another not playing.) Neither two mentioned above will see very many minutes, if ever. Still some great training however. They also added a navy player and the best player over at south side, one from FCSC and kept some other filler to pay costs, all will be scraping for bench time.

Predictions for the fall season? With a steady diet of Xfire, SU, NWN, Eastside, PacNW, WPFC, I'd be surprised if the Revs get 4 wins this fall.

So where are all those people who said they wouldn't put them in the top division?

Even WYS makes mistakes. Give 'em a couple months, then they'll be in 2nd division.

                Quality coaching

If Coach C is a quality coach, soccer is many years behind.

More of a master of smoke and mirrors as opposed to teaching players usable skills.

Here's my attempt at fortune telling. This team will be vastly different in 2-3 years time, basically because they utterly fail at being able to keep things together. Why do I say this? I have historical prospective about this circus.

After a few years time, parents figure out that this is a dog and pony show and smart parents cut bait.

I've seen it a number of times with these guys.....it's money in the bank.

It's money in the bank that EVERY top team in the state at every age group is going to look a lot different in 2-3yrs time. Top teams always have had a ton of turnover and now with birth year teams coming at next tryouts, every team will be split in two. Do what is best for your player every year. Might be a very different team at u10 vs u13 vs u15. Always.

Time to call the Colombian for another story to declare victory. Then start the cycle over again with another group of U8suckers....I mean parents.

At least go upstairs and help your mom with the dishes. At 39 years old you are more than capable.

This team is over. Same players, no new talent, too many gaps. I watched them multiple times NWCL weekend. They are passive, slow, and lacking depth. Some very strong players offset now by the larger field and better competition. You can't win 7v11. The RCL D1 will be good for their development but bad for egos and confidence of the strong players. They should have dissolved the "rev" team this spring and did a typical tryout at WT_FC, new coaches and a bigger player pool. Their coaches are quality for U9-U11, but most of the girls need a new voice.

Not unusual. I've seen many teams that were dominant at 8v8 because they had 4-5 really strong players. Then at 11v11 they are essentially playing 5v11 against the top clubs. Usually fall apart soon after.

Getting spanked every weekend in RCL1 will motivate the parents of the 3-4 real players on this team to move on to a better club in the spring. Expect to see them on a team with "pre-ECNL" in their name next year.

So explain the difference between sticking another year at WT_FC (for the strongest girls) and going to "pre-ECNL"? Why make that change at U13, what is the value for the money?
