When you cut a worm in 1/2

If you cut a worm in half both pieces will wiggle around for a few minutes before they die.

The moral of the story is NOT to cut it in half in the first place.

Both the OPL and the OYSA have cut themselves in half!

    Close but you forgot

It's true the leftovers at the OPL are truly 'worms'.

GW at the OYSA Timbers is a more evolved worm, "a snake' the kind that you once you cut them in half, the just grow back a new tail.

    A-slobs Fables.

    Portlandia Edition.

GW might be the more "evolved" half but when he cut the worm in half, he took the end opposite the brains and heart...

Obviously... You see evidence of the brains in how all the OPL folks just replete the same argument ad nauseum. It goes something like this...

        1) we don't like GW and he doesn't like us, and he will exclude us...
        2) we have the only competitive teams in the world, and it will be better for us to play with ourselves than exposé ourselves to any diversity of playing
        3) all those timbers teams are just one team (that won't let us in), and we have three
4)we don't want to travel...unless it is to a tournament out of state...we don't have any obligation to play other teams, because of #2

There you have the whole OPL brain, and you clearly see the heart with how self centered they are.

At my church, I like to handle the snakes and speak in tongues--the lord's language. My Onyx daughter handles snakes with the best of them. For this reason, we love our team because our parent understand our language and divine mission. Like the wonderful Cobra, our coach understand the language of the parents even though outsiders might not. While they see arrogance, over confidence and exclusion, we know the truth. GW, like the devil, is testing us by offering choices to play other teams. When I go South, I am playing at Surf Cup and not Medford.

Well, that makes one weekend. Hard to believe parents will continue to pay THUSC prices for an inferior product.

Inferior to what? The Timbers Alliance options? Yeah, right...

Inferior to what they have been promised. You can try as you want to paint it pretty, but if I was a THUSC parent I would feel ripped off.

The problem with THUSC parents is that they are lemmings. They drank the koolaid that your DOC provides. You are so blinded by you loyalty... you cant see the forest from the trees or understand the snake oil you have been sold. Your DOC is not respected by others he thinks he is smarter than everyone else... kind of reminds me of our current president.... lies... lies... and no accountability (see how every decent coach leaves the club and points at your DOC as the reason). A Club with a handful of good (recruited teams on the girls side) does not make a club. I hate to admit that I drank the koolaid but reality set in and I got the heck our of there. New flash... you think you are a club.... but you are not. A bit of advice... run..run.. run.

You are so foolish. THUSC is not a club...? LOL! They have been around since 1988. You probably didn't know that when you posted this stupidity.

The reality is that this could be said for any youth club. Kids and families drink the kool aid and like their club best for a variety of reasons. No club can please everyone so some are unhappy and leave for their reasons. The team and club never fall apart when they do.

What doesn't change are the RESULTS. If you don't like them, beat them. If you can't, join them.... or attack them on an anonymous blog! LOL
