Seriously, you people are a joke. I have an idea, why don't you guys talk more crap about each others leagues that haven't started yet?

Sound like a bunch of babies who's job is to whine because they can't accomplish anything doing the opposite.

    Cry more!
WA parents were so crazy one of the parents had to start their own blog to share... guess we Oregonians aren't alone after all!!!

The Oregon/SW wash parents are nothing compared to Seattle parents. Anyone that has spent any time around the big clubs will attest to that. You have a fleet of very entitled, very wealthy parents who think they can buy their kids into greatness. And you haven't seen club politics until you see politics with rich parents. "Sorry, go ahead and call your Senator. I'm still not starting your daughter. Yes I realize you made a five figure donation (while drunk) at the gala. The answer is still no."

Sure there are 6-7 whiners that post here, but it's child's play compared to big time Seattle soccer.

You know as crazy as it sounds I bet that kind of stuff really does happen. Well, I suppose if I had a senator in my back pocket, why not use it (him/her).

Have you seen the soccer facilities at some of the rich California clubs? Incredible. You feel like you should be paying $450 green fees. Clubhouses, fancy restrooms, stadium lights, full service kichen's instead of snack bars.

I don't know about politics but I was blown away by some of the facilities near Silicon Valley. Compared to those clubs, the best of Oregon looks like the set of Sanford and Son.

I think that 25 fields in Keizer will someday resemble the like of those Cali facilities.

No way. I'm excited to see more fields and more opportunities to play soccer in the community. But if they are ever built they will be nice municipal facilities. Jim, have you ever even been to the high end fields near Silicon Valley? Not even close.

More fields benefits everyone. Hope that project happens.
