This year I did not buy a backpack, or sweats, already had those, but I did by jacket, 2 shorts, 2 jerseys, 2 socks and I paid considerably less, more like $150. And I did that in June, now I get to pay another $240 in Jan. Not super happy about that.

To clear things up: Adidas asked TA clubs to change to a 2yr cycle, from a 3yr. This did not come from the Timbers or clubs. All TA players will wear Adidas kits, boys and girls. Girls will have a different cut and black instead of white, both sexes will wear red. As far as any money made; TA clubs don't pay a dime to the Timbers to be a part of the Alliance. If Adidas and the Timbers have a deal, that's not on the clubs.

Bro, you don't have any idea of the scope of these shenanigans. They make some serious coin buying on eBay and then jacking up prices and sticking it to hard working soccer families. I bet they make hot piles of dough, yo.
