There you go, I have made the disclosure that covers everyone. You can now stop dreaming of who it is that might be typing each post. If they have a larger stake then me and dont want to disclose it, thats their right as well and none of your business all at the same time.

Why dont you come out and tell us who your kid(s) is/are (name and player number), what team they play for, who the coaches are and what it is that YOU do for a living. If you want full disclosure from people start from within first.

In fact, here you go....why not create a signature line that you start every post with that goes like this:

Hi, my name is __________________________________________________ __
I work at ___________________________________ (name of employer, if you have one, if not just write "state of oregon, DHS")
I have ____ children playing soccer in Oregon.

    Their name(s) are:

    Player name ___________________________________
    Player number ______
    Playing for ______________ club
    Coached by ________________

You must be a noob. November dates are for those that missed the original tryouts and those that waited to see who was selected on the team they chose in August. If they dont like the new formation, it's a point where they can exit before any monies are due. Weve already had 2 drop (move) and picked up 2 from another club.

You must not be used to players in your club that go far in the playoffs. It's OK.

The rules (legal and ethical) are different for those who are payers and those that are payees. Parents (payers) can generally do what the want; for those who make money off of the sport, the rules are different.

If you don't think that having an MLS team changes everything about youth soccer in this town or that this is all about free markets and satisfying your customer . . . then I don't know what to say, except buy a bag of popcorn and watch what is coming. I don't think all of it is bad; at the same time I am not sure all of it is good or inevitable, but some of it is (and has already been) big.

Now it is time to have a glass of wine and say good night (unless I can find the possession guy somewhere, I might buy him a beer to make sure he gets out of the house a little bit).

I was under the assumption possession guy didn't exist until after 12 beers.

With a Xavi on the team (even a "not fast" one), 4 is enough...

One of us can play Sweeper-Keeper. Or maybe we bring Higuita out of retirement.
